CHICKEN PILLOWS

Crescent rolls (1 can for each chicken breast - approximately 2 C cooked chicken)

Cream cheese and Mushroom
3 oz softened creamcheese
small can chopped mushrooms
2 Cups cooked chicken, shredded

Mix together and spoon onto open crescent rolls. Seal and bake at 425 degrees for 18 minutes.

Variations:

Fajita style
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C salsa
1 C cooked chicken, shredded
Spoon onto rolls and bake

Bar-b-que Style
1/2 C bar-b-que sauce
1 C cooked shredded chicken
Spoon onto rolls and bake

Veggie Style
1/4 C diced celery
1/4 C diced onion
Saute together in 2 tbs. butter
Stir in 2 T flour
Add 1/2 water and stir until well blended and thick
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 t nutmeg and 1 tsp lemon juice
Add 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
Spoon onto rolls and bake
